TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MP TECHNOLOGY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Medina County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MP Technology regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to that subject matter.
