Environment assessment
Platforms, versions, configuration, lifecycle, dependencies, ownership, documentation, support gaps, security exposure, and known operational issues.
Technology advisory & architecture
Complex technology choices are rarely product decisions alone. MP Technology evaluates the current environment, viable options, implementation effort, and long-term support requirements, then turns that analysis into a practical recommendation and roadmap.
Decision analysis
Platforms, versions, configuration, lifecycle, dependencies, ownership, documentation, support gaps, security exposure, and known operational issues.
SaaS, cloud, hybrid, and on-premises options evaluated against cost, risk, migration effort, resilience, supportability, and internal capability.
The preferred direction, design principles, tradeoffs, assumptions, standards, and approvals required to proceed.
Priorities, work packages, dependencies, vendor roles, budget considerations, validation requirements, and transition planning.
Advisory deliverables
The final documentation connects the recommended direction to the current environment, business requirements, implementation effort, and any remaining risks or constraints.
Implementation support
Some advisory work ends with an approved roadmap and a clean handoff. Other initiatives benefit from keeping the same technical leadership involved because the implementation carries significant dependencies, vendor complexity, security requirements, or operating risk.
MP Technology can translate the approved direction into a statement of work, coordinate vendors, review designs, lead technical workstreams, resolve decisions, validate the result, and complete the operational handoff.

An organization was operating legacy virtualization and storage platforms, aging server operating systems, and a costly data-center footprint with limited documentation of workload dependencies. The assessment reviewed immediate lifecycle risks, SaaS and cloud opportunities, on-premises requirements, continuity needs, platform options, migration effort, and internal support capability.
The resulting roadmap established the target platform, workload sequence, network and recovery requirements, validation standards, ownership, and retirement activities. This provided a basis for phased implementation and budget planning.
